Lost House is built around a two-level structure that embodies the idea of intelligent spatial transformation. The main living volume rises from the ground, revealing a kitchen, living room, and dining area enclosed in panoramic glass. Fully autonomous, this space offers all the essentials for short-term stays, making it ideal as a weekend retreat.
The underground level houses the fixed core — a bedroom, bathroom, wardrobe, and entrance area with a staircase. This zone maintains a stable microclimate and guarantees complete safety even when the upper unit is retracted.
One of the most innovative features is the ability to stop the vertical movement at any height. This allows users to shift the viewpoint of the landscape, manage privacy levels, or control solar shading throughout the day. The architecture becomes a living, breathing system — responsive to the environment and the resident’s comfort.
